Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Senior Subcontracts Administrator to join our Subcontracts Team. This role is fully remote within the United States and involves managing the full lifecycle of subcontracts for the VETS sector, including negotiations, award, and closeout.

You will develop strategies for competitions, ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and CPSR procedures, and collaborate with executives to resolve procurement issues while driving supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or a master's with 6+ years.
• Experience complying with CPSR policies and procedures.
• Experience in subcontracting, negotiations, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of FAR and DFARS.
• Experience with proposals and cost analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of subcontracts including proposals, negotiations, awards, administration, and closeout.
• Support the VETS sector.
• Develop strategies for competitions and manage supplier performance.
• Ensure subcontract files meet AT0 and contract requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to resolve procurement issues.
• Monitor supplier delivery and resolve performance issues.
• Advise operations leadership on procurement strategies.
