AGE Solutions is seeking a Senior Subcontracts/Contracts Analyst to support the Contracts Manager in managing federal contracting opportunities. The ideal candidate will operate independently, with extensive knowledge of FAR, DFAR, and related policies.

The role includes negotiating NDAs, TAs, and subcontracts; coordinating with program teams and stakeholders; and ensuring timely, compliant subcontract activity across U.S. government programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 8+ years of subcontract/contract administration experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze contract language and summarize for senior staff.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Access/SharePoint a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops, negotiates, and administers NDAs, TAs, subcontracts and related agreements.
• Participates in the capture process including pricing, scheduling, data calls, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensures timely subcontract negotiations for fair pricing and terms.
• Serves as liaison between program team and subcontractor on contracting issues.
• Coordinates with program managers to ensure subcontract requirements are fulfilled.
• Maintains knowledge of subcontract procedures and may mentor others.
• Participates in and/or manages special projects as required.
