Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of related experience; Master’s with 13+ years; PhD/JD with 10+ years.
• Extensive federal subcontract management experience across FAR, DFARS, and supplier performance.
• Experience in source selection, price/cost analysis, and subcontract negotiations.
• Ability to lead teams, communicate with senior leadership, and drive program success.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for subcontract management across lifecycle and programs.
• Develop and oversee subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for various contract types.
• Lead subcontract administration, baseline management, and compliance with federal requirements.
• Support proposals, teaming, and price/cost input for competitive bids.
• Negotiate positions, resolve disputes, and maintain supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with program, legal, finance, and contracts teams to align strategies.
