SAIC is seeking a Subcontracts Manager to provide strategic direction and leadership for the subcontract lifecycle. The role supports the Civilian Business Group and may involve hands‑on support in strategic proposals and complex subcontract actions.

Ideal candidates will have extensive Federal subcontract management experience, source selection, and supplier relationship management, with strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and flow‑downs. This position is 100% remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 15+ years related federal subcontract management experience.
• Deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS and contract flow‑down requirements.
• Experience leading complex subcontract actions and negotiations.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic direction for subcontract lifecycle management.
• Lead a team of subcontract professionals across multiple programs.
• Develop and review subcontract specs, work statements, terms and conditions.
• Support proposals and source selections with senior expertise.
• Coordinate with program managers, contracts, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
