Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Senior Subcontracts Administrator to join our Subcontracts Team. This role is fully remote within the United States and involves end-to-end subcontract management for programs, including negotiations, proposal support, and critical compliance activities.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years (or a Master’s with 6+ years) in a related field, strong CPSR, FAR/DFARS knowledge, and experience with Deltek CostPoint and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master's with 6+ years.
• Experience with CPSR policies and procedures.
• Subcontracting experience focusing on negotiations, administration, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of federal subcontracting and negotiation techniques.
• FAR/DFARS familiarity.
• Experience with proposal support activities.

Responsibilities

• Administer full life cycle subcontract management for assigned programs.
• Support VETS sector initiatives and subcontracting strategy.
• Negotiate terms and conditions and manage subcontractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and company policies.
