GovCIO seeks a Senior Subcontracts Administrator to join the Subcontracts Team. The role is fully remote within the United States and supports programs including VETS, with responsibilities spanning proposal support, price analysis, and subcontracts administration.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience (or a master’s with 6+ years) and are proficient in CPSR processes, FAR/DFARS, Deltek CostPoint, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifikationen

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 8+ years of experience or a Master’s with 6+ years of experience.
• Experience complying with CPSR policies and procedures.
• Experience in subcontracting with emphasis on negotiation and contractor performance management.
• Strong knowledge of federal subcontracting and negotiation techniques.
• Working knowledge of the FAR and DFARS.
• Experience with Deltek CostPoint ERP.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong business acumen and leadership skills.
• Multi-tasking and time-management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop relationships internally and with suppliers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable presenting plans to senior leaders.

Aufgaben

• Administer end-to-end subcontract management for programs.
• Support the VETS sector.
• Develop competition strategies and manage subcontractor performance.
• Ensure subcontract files comply with policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet prime contract requirements.
• Flow down required documents and clauses from prime contracts.
• Monitor supplier delivery and performance with operations.
• Resolve performance and quality issues with leadership.
• Advise operations on procurement strategies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
