Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Senior Subcontracts Administrator (Specialist/Lead) to join our Subcontracts Team. This position is fully remote within the United States and will manage the full life cycle of subcontracts, including proposal support, negotiations, and closeout.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years (or a Master's with 6+ years), has CPSR experience, and is proficient in FAR/DFARS, Deltek CostPoint, and proposal activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with CPSR policies and procedures.
• Experience in subcontracting, negotiations, and contractor/subcontractor performance management.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS.
• Experience with Deltek CostPoint ERP.
• Experience with proposal support activities.

Responsibilities

• Administer full life cycle subcontract management for programs within assigned operations.
• Support the Veterans and Enterprise Technology Solutions (VETS) sector.
• Develop strategy for competitions, negotiations, and managing subcontractor performance.
• Ensure subcontract files comply with contract requirements and policy.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve procurement issues affecting performance.
• Monitor supplier compliance and resolve performance/quality issues.
