Job summary

Saab, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Senior Subcontracts Administrator to join our Supply Chain team. You will manage high-dollar procurements with critical subcontractors per SOWs, navigate FAR/DFARS requirements, and lead negotiations.

This role may be performed remotely or on-site at a Saab, Inc. office location, with travel up to 5-10% as needed. Excellent collaboration across multiple sites is expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or MBA/MS/JD with the specified years of experience in contracts.
• Experience with USG, DoD, or FAA contracts and related contracting methods.
• Experience creating and managing Statements of Work (SOWs) through ETR.
• Advanced purchasing experience and understanding of procurement fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and flow requirements to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Create and manage SOWs and drive them through ETR release.
• Issue RFI/RFQ packages and ensure complete information.
• Negotiate and manage pricing, cost, schedule, and performance.
• Execute Subcontracts, NDAs, Leases, and Long-Term Agreements.
• Support cost modeling, proposals, and supplier performance reviews.
