Job summary

Saab, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Subcontracts Administrator to join our dynamic Supply Chain team. You will execute and manage high-dollar procurements with critical subcontractors in accordance with SOWs, and navigate FAR/DFARS requirements.

This role may be performed remotely or on-site. You will lead negotiations, supplier performance reviews, and supporting proposal costing across multiple sites, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contracts, subcontracts, or procurement roles.
• Experience with USG/DoD/FAA contracts and related contracting methods.
• Proven ability to create and manage Statements of Work through ETR release.
• Strong negotiation and cost-analysis capabilities.
• Experience with procurement processes and ERP purchase orders.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risk.
• Create, manage, and review Statements of Work (SOWs) through ETR.
• Issue RFI/RFQ packages and collect complete information.
• Negotiate supplier pricing, cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Execute Subcontracts and related agreements; maintain legal records.
• Support cost proposals and cross-site coordination; travel up to 5-10%.
