Saab, Inc. is seeking a Senior Subcontracts Administrator to join our growing Supply Chain team in the United States. You will execute and manage high-dollar procurements with critical subcontractors in accordance with SOWs and the applicable regulatory framework.

This role may be performed remotely or on-site at a Saab, Inc. office location, with responsibilities spanning contract creation, negotiation, and cost analysis across multiple sites and international partners.

Formación

• BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering with 5+ years, or MBA/MS/JD with 3+ years.
• Experience with USG, DoD, or FAA contracts and knowledge of Government contracting methods.
• Experience creating and managing SOWs through ETR release.
• Advanced purchasing experience with ERP purchase orders.
• Strong negotiation skills and cost judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Review, interpret, and flow requirements to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risk.
• Create and manage Statements of Work (SOWs) and drive them through ETR release.
• Issue RFI and RFQ packages and secure complete information.
• Conduct flow-down analyses to ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, FAA, and international standards.
• Negotiate and manage supplier pricing, cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Execute Subcontracts, NDAs, Leasing Agreements, and Long-Term Agreements.
• Write contract letters and maintain records per Government requirements.
• Support proposal costing for subcontract material and labor.
• Coordinate with multiple sites, including international teams.
• Manage supplier performance and lead Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Assist with metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Travel up to 5-10%.
