Saab, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Senior Subcontracts Administrator to join our growing Supply Chain team. You will execute and manage high-dollar procurements with critical subcontractors in compliance with SOWs, FAR/DFARS, and government standards.

The role includes negotiating with suppliers, managing Subcontracts and NDAs, and supporting costing efforts. Remote or on-site options are available, with travel up to 10%.

Formación

• BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering with 5+ years experience, or MBA/MS/JD with 3+ years
• Experience with USG, DoD, or FAA contracts and contracting methods
• Experience creating and managing SOWs through ETR release
• Advanced purchasing experience and ERP PO management
• Strong negotiation skills and cost control abilities
• Analytical, with sound judgement and problem-solving abilities
• Financial acumen to assess cost reasonableness

Responsabilidades

• Review requirements for regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
• Create and manage Statements of Work (SOWs) and drive ETR release.
• Issue RFI/RFQ packages and ensure complete information.
• Conduct flow-down analyses per FAR, DFARS, FAA, and international standards.
• Negotiate and manage supplier pricing, cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Execute Subcontracts, NDAs, and various long-term agreements.
• Write contract letters and maintain records per government requirements.
• Support costing efforts for subcontract materials and labor.
• Coordinate with multiple sites and international partners.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with critical suppliers.
• Assist with metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Travel up to 5-10% as needed.
