Job summary

Saab, Inc. seeks a Senior Subcontracts Administrator to join our growing Supply Chain team. You will manage high-dollar procurements with critical subcontractors in accordance with SOWs, FAR/DFARS requirements, and government contracting practices.

This position may be performed remotely or on-site. Travel up to 5-10% and cross-site coordination across multiple locations, including international, are common facets. Strong negotiation and ERP purchasing experience are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering with 5+ years of experience, or MBA/MS/JD with 3+ years.
• Experience with USG, DoD, or FAA contracts and government contracting methods.
• Experience creating and managing SOWs through ETR release.
• Advanced purchasing experience including PO creation in ERP systems.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and cost assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements for regulatory compliance and risk.
• Create and manage SOWs through ETR release.
• Issue RFI and RFQ packages and ensure complete information.
• Negotiate and manage supplier pricing, cost, schedule, and performance.
• Execute Subcontracts, NDAs, and long-term agreements.
• Support cost proposals and cross-site coordination.
