Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator to provide cradle-to-grave subcontract support on Federal contracts in a hybrid work arrangement. The role requires the ability to obtain a government clearance, strong CPSR and FAR knowledge, and experience with Deltek Costpoint.

Collaboration with project teams is essential to manage POs, NDAs, and complex negotiations. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 6–8 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Expert knowledge of CPSR desirable; Deltek Costpoint experience required.
• Strong analytical ability to review subcontract agreements and identify risks.
• Deep understanding of FAR and dFARs and agency-specific clauses.
• Ability to work with prime contracts and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide cradle-to-grave subcontract administration for Federal contracts.
• Administer assigned subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Prepare and negotiate agreements with partners/subcontractors (NDAs, teaming, CTAs).
• Support project teams with subcontract requests and data in the Procurement Requisition system.
• Guide teams on CPSR, FAR/DFARS compliance and risk areas.
• Create POs and Change Orders in Deltek Costpoint and track subcontractor compliance.
• Issue RFPs/RFQs, conduct complex negotiations on terms, pricing, and data requests.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and address issues promptly.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and engage with client proposal teams as needed.
