Job summary

Amentum seeks a Subcontracts Administrator in Chantilly, VA for cradle-to-grave subcontract management on Federal contracts in a hybrid work environment.

You will prepare and negotiate all agreements, issue RFPs/RFQs, manage change orders in Costpoint, and guide project teams on CPSR, FAR/DFARS compliance. A Bachelor's degree and 6–8 years of experience, plus the ability to obtain a TS clearance, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in subcontract administration.
• Ability to obtain government security clearance (TS).

Responsibilities

• Provide cradle-to-grave subcontract administration for Federal contracts.
• Prepare, negotiate, and manage subcontracts, NDAs, teaming and CTAs.
• Create and manage POs and Change Orders in Costpoint; monitor subcontractor compliance.
• Issue RFPs/RFQs and conduct complex negotiations with vendors.
• Support project teams and ensure compliance with CPSR, FAR, and DFARS.
• Review data in Procurement Requisition system and drive process improvements.
