Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator in Chantilly, VA for cradle-to-grave subcontract administration on Federal contracts. This hybrid role requires coordinating with project teams, negotiating NDAs and subcontracts, and ensuring compliance with CPSR, FAR, and DFARS terms.

Responsibilities include creating POs/COs in Costpoint, issuing RFPs/RFQs, and maintaining subcontractor performance and data accuracy.

Qualifications

Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
Expert CPSR knowledge and capability with subcontract terms.
Experience negotiating NDAs, teaming, and subcontract agreements.
Proficiency with Deltek Costpoint and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

Provide cradle-to-grave subcontract administration for Federal contracts.
Prepare and negotiate agreements with partners/subcontractors, including NDAs and CTAs.
Create Purchase Orders and Change Orders in Deltek Costpoint and track compliance.
Issue RFPs/RFQs and conduct complex negotiations on terms and pricing.
Guide project teams on CPSR, FAR, DFARS compliance and contract requirements.
Monitor subcontractor performance and resolve issues affecting compliance.
Interface with internal and external customers in a timely manner.
