CALIBRE Systems, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Subcontracts Administrator to own the full lifecycle of subcontract and purchasing functions in a hybrid role. You will handle subcontract agreements, task orders, consulting agreements and purchase orders, working with government and internal teams.

Requirements include 3–5 years in federal contracting, FAR/DFARS familiarity, and price analysis experience. The role emphasizes compliance with CPSR and CALIBRE procurement standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of subcontracts and purchasing in a federal contracting environment using CPSR guidelines.
• FAR/DFARS knowledge required or familiar.
• Experience performing price/cost analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement process from solicitations through closeout.
• Draft and issue requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Conduct price analysis of subcontract/vendor proposals.
• Negotiate pricing, Subcontracts, Non-Disclosure, and Teaming Agreements.
• Ensure proper flow-down of prime contract requirements and clauses.
• Interface with Program Managers and advise staff on subcontracting issues.
• Prepare for and participate in government small business audits and CPSR reviews.
• Maintain subcontract files to comply with CPSR and CALIBRE Procurement Manual.
