Job summary

Amyx, Inc. is seeking a Subcontracts Manager to support our Reston headquarters in a hybrid capacity. You will own the full pre- and post-award lifecycle for diverse contract types and drive compliance with FAR/DFARS guidelines while coordinating with program teams.

The role requires 7+ years of federal contracting experience, CPSR expertise, and strong communication and analytical skills. This position reports to the Vice President of Contracts & Procurement and offers a hybrid work arrangement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• 7+ years of professional experience with a federal government contractor.
• 4 years of FAR/DFARS based contracts or subcontracts experience.
• 3-4 years of subcontracts or major vendor purchases experience.
• Proven CPSR experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with LLMs and industry tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the full pre- and post-award life cycle for diverse contract types.
• Interpret complex contract terms and identify obligations, risks, and action items.
• Drive subcontract administration from award through closeout and ensure compliance.
• Spot compliance gaps and communicate them clearly to program teams.
• Manage daily subcontract activities across multiple portfolios with rigorous compliance.
• Maintain CPSR-ready subcontract files and close open action items.
• Execute CPSR file reviews and advise on corrective actions.
