Job summary

Huntington Ingalls Industries: Subcontracts Administrator 2 role supporting end-to-end subcontract management for major programs. This position may involve complex awards, flow-down terms, and coordination with legal, technical, and financial teams.

The ideal candidate will have CPSR experience, familiarity with FAR/DFARS, and strong communication skills to work across the business, including OCONUS activities and remote/hybrid arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience with CPSR compliance and government procurements.
• Ability to negotiate complex contracts and terms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex subcontract agreements from capture to execution.
• Prepare solicitation documents including SOW and flow-down terms.
• Coordinate with legal, technical, and financial staff.
• Ensure CPSR and purchasing system compliance.
• Prepare analyses and briefings on subcontracting matters.
• Support OCONUS and foreign subcontractor work as needed.
