Job summary

EY is seeking an Adobe Sales & Delivery Lead to originate, grow, and deliver transformation programs. The role blends business development, executive relationships, and solution architecture to modernize marketing and customer experience capabilities.

You will build and manage technology transformation projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control, and quality while leading diverse teams across Adobe solutions and integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year); Master’s degree preferred.
• 10–12 years of experience selling and delivering Adobe cross‑platform implementations.
• Expertise in at least 2–3 specialties: Adobe AJO, AEM, GenStudio, Workfront, RT CDP.
• Proven success leading marketing transformation and customer experience modernization initiatives.
• Experience delivering complex programs in technology, telecom, media, consumer products, or retail.
• Track record of originating, shaping, and closing consulting and platform transformation opportunities.
• Strong people leader with experience building teams, mentoring talent, and driving delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and objective delivery.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements; manage engagement economics.
• Drive Adobe revenue growth by originating, shaping, and closing opportunities as executive lead.
• Architect enterprise Adobe solutions across personalization, content, data, analytics, and marketing.
• Lead complex implementations with scalable cross‑platform integrations via APIs and automation.
• Own delivery excellence across estimation, governance, deployment, and value realization.
• Advise executives on AI‑powered transformation and future-state marketing capabilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% for client engagements and team leadership.
