Job summary

EY seeks an Adobe Sales & Delivery Lead who blends business development with program delivery across Adobe ecosystems. You will originate, shape, and close opportunities while guiding enterprise Adobe solutions from design to delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
10–12 years of experience in selling and delivering Adobe cross‑platform implementations.
Proven success leading marketing transformation and customer experience modernization initiatives.
Experience delivering complex programs in technology, telecom, media, consumer products, or retail.
Track record of originating, shaping, and closing consulting and platform transformation opportunities.

Responsibilities

Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
Own program/project management and ensure objectives are met.
Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements and manage engagement economics.
Drive Adobe revenue growth by originating, shaping, and closing opportunities as executive lead.
Architect Adobe solutions across personalization, content, data, analytics, and marketing capabilities.
Lead complex implementations with scalable, cross‑platform integrations.
