Job summary

EY is seeking an Adobe Sales & Delivery Lead / Senior Manager to originate, grow, and deliver transformation programs across Adobe solutions. You will manage client relations, shape strategies, and oversee delivery, including cross-functional teams, timelines, and budgets.

Travel up to 80% and a hybrid work model are expected as you drive revenue growth, architecture of Adobe platforms, and executive-level collaboration across marketing and customer experience initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree); Master’s degree preferred.
• 10–12 years of relevant experience in selling and delivering Adobe cross platform implementation.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least 2–3 of: Adobe AJO, Adobe AEM, Adobe GenStudio, Workfront, Adobe RT CDP.
• Proven success leading marketing transformation and customer experience modernization initiatives.
• Experience delivering complex programs in technology, telecom, media, consumer products, or retail.

Responsibilities

• Leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships on a daily basis.
• Accountable for program and project management ensuring objectives are met.
• Developing resource plans and budgets for engagements and managing engagement economics.
• Drive Adobe revenue growth by originating, shaping, and closing opportunities as executive lead for key pursuits.
• Architect enterprise Adobe solutions across personalization, content, data, analytics, and marketing capabilities.
