Job summary

EY is seeking an Adobe Sales & Delivery Lead to combine deep Adobe knowledge with a proven ability to originate, grow, and deliver transformation programs. You will drive Adobe-related opportunities, shape client strategies, and oversee solution implementation while managing timelines, costs, and quality.

You will lead delivery across teams, advise executives on AI-powered transformation, and travel up to 80% to support client engagements and business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 10–12 years of experience in selling and delivering Adobe cross-platform implementations.
• Proven success leading marketing transformation and customer experience modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and client relationships daily.
• Own program/project management and engagement economics.
• Drive Adobe revenue by originating, shaping, and closing opportunities at executive level.
• Architect enterprise Adobe solutions across personalization, content, data, analytics, and marketing capabilities.
• Lead complex implementations with scalable, cross‑platform integrations.
