Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10–12 years of relevant Adobe cross‑platform sales and delivery experience.
• Expertise in at least 2–3 Adobe specialties (AJO, AEM, GenStudio, Workfront, RT CDP).
• Proven success leading marketing transformation and customer experience modernization.
• Experience delivering complex programs in technology, telecom, media, consumer products, or retail.
• Track record of originating, shaping, and closing consulting and platform transformation opportunities.
• Strong people leadership with team-building and delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Own program and project management, ensuring objectives are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets, manage engagement economics.
• Drive Adobe revenue growth by originating and closing opportunities.
• Architect enterprise Adobe solutions across personalization, content, data, analytics, and marketing.
• Lead complex implementations with scalable integrations leveraging APIs and best-practice architectures.
• Advise executives on AI-powered transformation and future-state marketing capabilities.
• Travel up to 80% to support client engagements.
