Job summary

EY is seeking an Adobe Sales & Delivery Lead to originate, grow, and deliver transformation programs. You will drive Adobe-related sales opportunities, shape client strategies, and oversee implementation of Adobe solutions, balancing business development, executive relationships, solution architecture, and program delivery.

You will build and manage technology transformation programs, guiding timelines, costs, and quality while leading cross-functional teams and ensuring measurable business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year); Master’s degree preferred.
• No less than 10-12 years of relevant experience in selling and delivering Adobe cross platform implementation.
• Proven success leading marketing transformation and customer experience modernization initiatives.
• Experience delivering complex programs in technology, telecom, media, consumer products, or retail industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and achievement of objectives.
• Develop resource plans and budgets, manage engagement economics.
• Drive Adobe revenue growth by originating, shaping, and closing opportunities.
• Architect Adobe solutions across personalization, content, data, analytics, and marketing capabilities.
