This role blends business development, solution architecture, and program delivery to create measurable business value. You will build and manage technology transformation projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while guiding cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10-12 years of experience in selling and delivering Adobe cross-platform implementations.
• Expertise in at least 2-3 of the listed Adobe specialties.
• Proven success leading marketing transformation and customer experience modernization initiatives.
• Experience delivering complex programs across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Own program management, budgets, and engagement economics.
• Drive Adobe revenue growth by originating and closing opportunities.
• Architect enterprise Adobe solutions across personalization and marketing capabilities.
• Lead complex implementations with scalable cross-platform integrations.
• Ensure delivery excellence from estimation to value realization.
• Advise executives on AI-powered transformation and future marketing capabilities.
• Travel up to 80% to support client engagements and leadership responsibilities.
