IMEG is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer in New York, NY to lead large, complex projects as a project manager or lead engineer. You will direct engineering analysis, design, and implementation while mentoring staff and partnering with clients to ensure successful outcomes.

You will collaborate across disciplines on commercial and institutional work, upholding safety, quality, and sustainable design goals, including SE2050. This is a 100% employee-owned environment with a hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering required.
• PE license required; SE license or SE exam may be required.
• 10 years of experience in building design consulting; 12 preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead analysis, design, and oversight of structural systems and projects.
• Mentor staff and coordinate with clients and cross-disciplinary teams.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality control.
