Job summary

IMEG Corporation, a 100% employee-owned design and consulting firm, seeks a Senior Structural Engineer in Houston, TX to lead design and project management on complex projects with limited senior supervision.

You’ll guide structural analyses, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, mentor staff, and advance sustainable design goals including SE2050, while traveling up to 20% and working in a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 7+ years in building design consulting, with 8+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts for structural systems per code and IMEG standards.
• Perform site assessments and generate analyses and reports.
• Interact with clients to gather requirements and communicate technical information.
