Qualifikationen

• BS degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering or equivalent.
• PE license is required.
• SE license and/or SE exam is required.
• 10 years of experience minimum, 12 preferred in building design consulting.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead structural-system analysis and design, developing designs, specifications, and calculations per code and IMEG standards.
• Perform site assessments and prepare detailed analyses and technical reports.
• Work with clients to understand needs, gather requirements, communicate technical information, and maintain professional relationships.
• Conduct in-process design reviews and implement quality-control processes for designs, calculations, specs, and project correspondence.
• Provide technical training and mentoring and assist in resolving field issues.
• Stay current on structural-engineering trends and contribute to R&D and innovation.
• Prioritize safety and collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to deliver integrated solutions.
• Participate in project interviews and presentations.
