Job summary

Sargent & Lundy's Nuclear Power Group seeks a senior Structural Engineer to lead and collaborate across disciplines on new nuclear facilities and plant upgrades. You will guide junior team members, review design calculations, and develop specifications using STAAD, SAP2000, SAFE, STRUDL, and ANSYS.

• BS degree in Civil Engineering with an ABET-accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Lead a structural engineering team on nuclear facilities and upgrades.
• Review design calculations and develop specifications for various projects.
• Guide less experienced project team members and coordinate with multidisciplinary engineers.
• Travel to client and vendor sites for design reviews and field verification.
