Sargent & Lundy is seeking a Lead Design Engineer to direct a structural engineering team on nuclear facility projects. You will interface with clients and other discipline engineers to deliver high‑quality designs and guidance.

You will mentor engineers, coordinate design calculations, and review drawings while traveling to client and plant sites as needed. This role requires ABET‑accredited BSCE with senior experience.

Qualifications

• We seek a lead structural engineer with deep project experience.
• Proven ability to guide a team and interface with clients.
• Strong knowledge of design codes such as ASCE 7, AISC, and ACI.
