Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering (or equivalent) is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• 7+ years of experience in building design consulting; 8+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage projects of varying size and complexity.
• Assist executives with design scopes, fee calculations, and contract reviews.
• Create project schedules with milestones and deadlines.
• Serve as the main contact for teams and clients.
• Prepare monthly billings and update billing projections.
