IMEG is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer for Raleigh/Greensboro/Charlotte, NC and Norfolk, VA regions. You will lead design efforts, guide project delivery, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with architects and clients to deliver safe, constructible structures across multiple markets.

The role emphasizes hybrid work with a strong culture of ownership, technical excellence, and professional growth. A PE license and significant experience are required.

Formación

• BS in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering (or equivalent).
• MS in Structural Engineering preferred.
• PE License required.
• 7+ years in building design consulting; 12+ preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design efforts for analysis of structural systems and develop designs, specs, and calculations.
• Perform site assessments and generate detailed analysis and technical reports.
• Partner with clients to understand needs and communicate technical information clearly.
