IMEG is growing, and we invite you to join our team as a Senior Structural Engineer in our Cincinnati, OH office. You will coordinate, oversee and manage projects, and act as the main point of contact for teams and clients.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering or equivalent.
• MS in Structural Engineering preferred.
• PE license required.
• 10+ years of experience in building design consulting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, oversee and manage projects; act as the point of contact for teams and clients.
• Collaborate with BD staff, Project Executives, Client Executives and Market Leaders.
• Assist with design scopes, fee calculations, proposals and contract reviews.
• Create project schedules with milestones and deadlines.
• Prepare monthly billings and update billing projections.
• Ensure design meets owner and IMEG standards; maintain QC processes.
• Coordinate scheduling across design and construction; lead progress meetings.
• Participate in project interviews and presentations; respond to client concerns.
• Train, mentor and motivate staff; develop client relationships.
