Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Structural Engineering Professional to join our design team in the USA Southeast region. You will perform substantial structural analysis and design, collaborate with leads and other disciplines, and help shape concepts into buildable solutions for complex facilities.

The role requires a BS in Civil Engineering, a PE license, and 10+ years of experience, with strong communication and leadership abilities. Hybrid/remote options are available in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Experience: minimum 10 years in structural engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design with guidance from Lead Structural Engineer.
• Develop design concepts and deliverables for models and drawings.
• Coordinate with project team and clients to meet schedule, budget and quality goals.
• Mentor designers and junior engineers and lead small teams when required.
