Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Structural Engineering Professional to join our design team in a hybrid capacity. You will perform substantial structural analysis and design, collaborating with a multidisciplinary group to deliver safe, cost-effective structures.

The ideal candidate brings a BS in Civil Engineering, PE license, and 10+ years of experience in structural engineering, with proficiency in STAAD, Navisworks, and Bluebeam. This role supports US projects in a hybrid/remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required.
• PE license required or eligible in US.
• 10+ years Structural engineering experience preferred.
• Familiarity with US codes: IBC, ASCE7, ACI, AISC.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for projects with minimal supervision.
• Lead small engineering teams and mentor junior staff.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to convey structural requirements.
