Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Structural engineering
- PE license required; SE preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in structural engineering
- Experience with US building codes including IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC
- Excellent written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Experience leading small teams and coordinating with multi-disciplinary groups
Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis and design with minimal supervision
- Develop design concepts and communicate structural requirements
- Manage workload, meet schedule, budget, and quality targets
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff
- Lead or support lead structural engineers on medium-sized projects
