Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned program leader to transform our sales enablement initiatives globally. You will own complex programs, define scope, timelines and budgets, and drive ROI analyses across EY’s Clients & Industries teams.

You’ll coordinate with stakeholders worldwide, run steering committees, and develop a cohesive program view that aligns with EY’s business priorities and growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent qualification.
• 10–12 years of complex, large sales enablement experience.
• Willingness to work extended hours across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale programs with scope, time and budget plans.
• Plan stakeholder meetings, working groups and steering committees.
• Develop program understanding, connect facets across EY and Clients & Industries.
