Job summary

EY in Washington DC seeks a senior leader to drive our Sales Transformation Program, shaping EY’s sales approach and delivering measurable impact across the globe. You’ll own complex programs, guiding scope, timelines and budgets while partnering with stakeholders to accelerate results.

You will organize multi-region meetings, steer committees and working groups, and connect EY resources with Clients & Industries to enable rapid adoption and tangible commercial growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10-12 years of complex and large sales enablement experience.
• Project Management qualifications preferred.
• Flexibility to work extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive complex programs including scope, time and budget plans, resourcing, risk and mitigation strategies, and ROI analysis.
• Plan and lead stakeholder meetings, working groups and steering committee sessions globally with EY and Clients & Industries stakeholders.
• Connect all facets of the program, sharing success stories and building momentum across regional teams.
