Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations to design, launch, and scale a debt paydown product for Dashers. You will align compliance, reconciliation, and user experience across Treasury, Legal, and Engineering to move money securely and at scale.

You will own the end-to-end rollout, build robust financial controls, and measure debt reduction outcomes over a 12-week readout, with cross-functional collaboration across Product, Eng, Analytics, and Finance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in high-growth teams or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision making.
• Comfortable with SQL and modeling in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own launch readiness end-to-end: drive compliance review and funds-flow documentation.
• Build the operational backbone: daily reconciliation and payments support playbook.
• Make policy calls on caps/floors, routing limits, and reversals handling.
• Own rollout sequencing, FAQs, support enablement, and the 12-week debt-reduction readout.
