DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations to launch and scale a debt paydown product for Dashers. You will drive compliance reviews, funds flow, and reconciliation while aligning Treasury, Legal, Engineering, and product teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in high-growth teams, data-driven decision making, and a Bachelor’s degree. The position offers a regulated fintech product environment with equity opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in high-growth teams or equivalent track record.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with data-backed decisions (SQL/Excel).
• Able to define metrics, hold owners accountable, and work through ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own launch readiness end-to-end: ensure compliance sign-off and funds-flow documentation.
• Build and maintain the daily reconciliation and payments operations backbone.
• Set policy parameters for payments, caps, and routing limits for debt paydown.
• Lead phased rollout, measurement, and cross‑functional collaboration to scale the product.
