Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Senior Manager to own the commercial lifecycle for new products and features, including post-launch success tracking and cross-functional launches. You will partner with executive leadership to operationalize pricing and drive go-to-market motions across IT, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Finance.

You will lead commercialization programs, measure success, and align post-close integration with strategic acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years in strategy, pricing, NPI, and commercialization at SaaS companies.
• Excellent verbal and visual communication with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
• Experience bridging functions to bring products to GTM organizations.
• Familiar with IT and Security data space products and pricing structures.
• Self-motivated with multitasking and program management skills.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to align on objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End Commercialization (New Product Introduction): manage launches from PRD hand-off to market launch and post-launch review with cross-functional partners.
• Executive Partnership: partner with Cribl's eStaff on commercial readiness and pricing decisions; provide actionable insights.
• Transform with AI: scale commercialization to support Product and Engineering teams shipping more; remove bottlenecks while enabling field success.
• Measure & Optimize: define success metrics, set up tracking, and run retrospectives to refine the commercial motion.
• Lead M&A diligence and integration: coordinate with Corporate Development to evaluate go-to-market synergy and drive post-close integration.
