Cribl is seeking a Senior Manager to own the commercial lifecycle of our new products and features, including those added through acquisition. You will operate at the intersection of Operations, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to translate product innovation into market success.

You will partner with the executive team to operationalize pricing, lead New Product Introduction, and ensure disciplined execution as we scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, pricing, NPI, and commercialization at SaaS companies.
• Experience bridging functions to drive GTM readiness and executive-level influence.
• Strong ability to organize multiple company-wide initiatives in parallel.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end commercialization (NPI): ownership from PRD hand-off to market launch and post-launch success.
• Partner with Cribl's executive team on commercial readiness, pricing decisions, and launch health.
• Scale commercialization models to support Product and Engineering teams shipping more than ever.
• Define success metrics for commercialization and track performance across systems.
• Drive due diligence for strategic acquisitions and align GTM motions post-close.
