Cribl is seeking a Senior Manager to own the commercialization of new products and features, partnering with executive leadership to operationalize pricing models, lead New Product Introduction, and ensure disciplined execution as we scale. You will bridge Operations, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to drive market success.

You will collaborate with the eStaff on commercial readiness, measure adoption, ARR contribution, and guide post-launch retrospectives while leading

Qualifications

10+ years in strategy, pricing, NPI, and commercialization at SaaS companies.
Excellent verbal and visual communication skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
GTM expertise bridging functions to bring products successfully to market.
IT and Security market knowledge: familiarity with products, pricing, and capabilities.
Strategic planning and flexibility with strong program management across initiatives.
Collaborative mindset to align internal stakeholders and achieve shared objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead End-to-End Commercialization: ownership from PRD hand-off to market launch and post-launch success tracking.
Executive Partnership: serve as primary partner to Cribl's eStaff on commercial readiness and pricing decisions.
Transform with AI: scale commercialization model to support Product and Engineering teams.
Measure & Optimize: define success metrics, set up tracking, and run post-launch retrospectives.
Lead M&A Diligence and Integration: coordinate due diligence and post-close integration across functions.
