Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Senior Manager to own the commercial lifecycle for new products and features, including acquisitions. You will partner with the executive team to operationalize pricing, manage New Product Introductions, and scale go-to-market motions that align product, engineering, sales, and marketing.

You will lead cross-functional launches, synthesize market data for executives, and drive optimization across systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, pricing, NPI, and commercialization at SaaS companies
• Experience bridging functions to bring products to GTM organizations
• Familiar with IT and security data space products and pricing structures

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End Commercialization (New Product Introduction) and own launches
• Partner with Cribl's executive team on pricing decisions and launch health
• Scale commercialization models with Product and Engineering to support increased shipping
• Define success metrics and track outcomes post-launch for continuous improvement
• Drive due diligence for strategic acquisitions and align post-close integration plans
