Cribl is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercialization to own the go-to-market for new products and features, coordinating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance. You will establish pricing models, drive New Product Introduction, and lead post-launch performance reviews as we scale in a fast-moving market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, pricing, NPI, and commercialization at SaaS companies.
• Experience bridging product, engineering, sales, finance and marketing to successful GTM.
• Ability to influence C-level stakeholders and lead cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End Commercialization for new products and features across the lifecycle.
• Partner with Cribl's executive team on pricing decisions and launch health.
• Scale commercialization models with AI to support product and engineering teams.
• Define success metrics and track post-launch performance to refine our commercial motion.
• Lead due diligence for strategic acquisitions and align product, sales and marketing post-close integration.
