Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Senior Manager to own the commercialization lifecycle for new products and features, including pricing decisions, PRD hand-off to market launch, and post-launch success tracking in a fast-changing software landscape.

You will partner with the executive team to operationalize pricing models, drive New Product Introduction, and scale go-to-market motions across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Finance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, pricing, NPI and commercialization at SaaS companies.
• Experience bridging Product, Sales, Marketing and Finance.
• Experience with GTM motions and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end commercialization of new products and features.
• Partner with Cribl's executive team on pricing decisions and launch health.
• Scale commercialization with AI and optimize go-to-market motions.
• Define success metrics and drive post-launch retrospectives.
