Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Senior Manager to own the commercial lifecycle of its new products and features, including acquisitions. You will coordinate with executives across Operations, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to operationalize pricing models and drive scalable go‑to‑market motions.

The role demands deep experience in SaaS commercialization, strategic leadership, and the ability to convert market signals into executable launch plans while partnering with leadership to guide

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, pricing, NPI, and commercialization at SaaS companies.
• Excellent verbal and visual communication with C-level stakeholders.
• GTM expertise bridging Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
• Familiar with IT and Security data space products and pricing.
• Strong program management and multitasking in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End Commercialization (New Product Introduction): Own the commercialization of new products and features from PRD hand-off through market launch and post-launch success tracking.
• Executive partnership: Serve as a primary partner to Cribl's executive team on commercial readiness, pricing decisions, and launch health.
• Transform with AI: Scale commercialization model to support Product and Engineering teams shipping more than ever.
• Measure & Optimize: Define success metrics for commercialization and set up tracking across systems.
• Lead M&A Diligence and Integration: Drive due diligence for strategic acquisitions and post-close integration.
