Job summary

Cribl, a remote-first B2B SaaS data observability company, seeks a Senior Manager to own the commercial lifecycle of new products and features, including post-acquisition adds. You will partner with executive leadership to operationalize pricing and lead New Product Introduction.

You will bridge Operations, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance, shaping go-to-market motions at scale and guiding cross-functional launches, with a focus on measurable ARR impact and market readiness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, pricing, NPI, and commercialization at SaaS companies.
• Excellent verbal and visual communication; ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
• GTM expertise bridging functions to bring products to market.
• Familiarity with IT and Security data space products and pricing.
• Strong strategic planning and multitasking abilities with cross-functional focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End Commercialization for new products and features.
• Partner with Cribl's executive team on commercial readiness and pricing decisions.
• Scale commercialization models to support product and engineering teams.
• Define success metrics, track adoption, ARR contribution, and feedback loops.
• Drive due diligence for acquisitions and post-close integration plans.
