Cribl is a remote-first company redefining telemetry infrastructure for AI-era, seeking a Senior Manager to own the commercialization of new products and features from PRD hand-off through market launch and post-launch success tracking.

You will partner with Cribl's executive team on pricing decisions and lead the New Product Introduction process while scaling go-to-market motions across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SaaS strategy, pricing, and commercialization.
• Ability to present to C-level stakeholders.
• Experience bridging product, engineering, sales, marketing, and finance.
• Familiarity with IT and security data products.
• Strong multitasking and program management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End Commercialization (New Product Introduction): Own the commercialization of new products and features from PRD hand-off through market launch and post-launch success tracking amidst a rapidly changing market and software landscape.
• Executive Partnership: Serve as a primary partner to Cribl's executive team on commercial readiness, pricing decisions, and launch health.
• Transform with AI: Scale commercialization model to support Product and Engineering teams that are shipping more than ever.
• Measure & Optimize: Define success metrics for commercialization (e.g., adoption rates, ARR contribution), set up tracking across systems, and run post-launch retrospectives.
• Lead M&A Diligence and Integration: Partner with Corporate Development and cross-functional leaders to drive due diligence for strategic acquisitions, ensuring rigorous evaluation of go-to-market motions and synergy assumptions.
