As Senior Manager, Commercialization, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of new products and features and partner with product, engineering, sales, marketing, and finance to scale go-to-market motions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, pricing, NPI, and commercialization at SaaS companies.
• Excellent verbal and visual communication with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders and present to C-level.
• GTM expertise bridging functions to bring products to market and scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End Commercialization (New Product Introduction): own launches from PRD hand-off to market success.
• Executive Partnership: partner with Cribl's eStaff on commercial readiness, pricing decisions and launch health.
• Transform with AI: scale commercialization to support Product and Engineering teams shipping more.
• Measure & Optimize: define success metrics, track across systems, run post-launch retrospectives.
• Lead M&A diligence and integration: drive due diligence and post-close integration for GTM synergies.
